Bug Pad does not work on 64-bit Windows

    Bug Pad uses Microsoft's SQL Server Everywhere libraries for local database files. At the moment there is no version of SQL Server Everywhere for 64-bit Windows operating systems. As a result Bug Pad is not able to use local or standalone files on 64-bit Windows. When a 64-bit version of SQL Server Everywhere is available, we should be able to include it in Bug Pad.
